I am using VMD 1.93 on Linux (Linux Mint 20 64-bit Xfce, based on Ubuntu
20.04 LTS).

The font in the Main Window is unaesthetic and difficult to read. Is there
a relatively convenient way to change the font and font size? I presume
this issue has to do with Tck/tk, but I am not familiar with this system.
