can anyone suggest a simple way to open and view .BRIX maps in vmd?
the manual doesn't mention one, and when i open such a map (with a
representation), my computer (3Ghz/1GB RAM) nearly crashes, because the
maps are probably opened in a non-economic way (are extended over a very
large space, etc.).
