Hi,

I am calculating the optimal/suboptimal paths using the subopt code from
the NetorkView package.
It works for most of my selected source/sink residue pairs. However,
there are two pairs, which produce segmentation fault.

subopt contact.dat subopath_271_333.out 15 271 333
subopt contact.dat subopath_271_333.out 5 271 333
