Greetings,

I've been working on the SMD simulation using constant velocity pulling and constant force pulling. The simulation was run for 200 ps, and I've got the DCD file, too.

The PSF and final DCD files are:
COM.dcd
COM.psf

I've loaded above two files on VMD, so we can see the final conformation, which is great. But how could I plot LOAD vs DISPLACEMENT? Is there any VMD plugin or script?

NAMD 2.9 and VMD 1.9.3 have been used.
