Hi Arthur, Ok, I got a bit of time to sort this out. Basically, I quickly iterated through error messages by downloading the .tgz of the stuff that failed, and then using my own local charmm install and continuously called "charmm < step1_pdbreader.inp " until I got the error messages to go away. What I'm left with are the following two files, which I'm putting here in text form for posterity, since I didn't realize how lax NAMD and psfgen are in enforcing formatting. scse.rtf: ** * 36 1 MASS -1 SCSM 14.027000 SC !
