  Thanks for sharing the screen shot. I will continue to look for
a solution to this issue with FLTK/Tk. If there's some hack we can
do, even something simple akin to Apple's retina display approach
(where all GUI elements are drawn at 2x their original size) within
the VMD code itself I will let people know. Conversely, I would be
interested to know if anyone has seen anything available in X servers
that would address this. Apple's retina approach was done on the
windowing system size rather than in the apps. In the Apple approach,
the apps have to be modified if they actually want to use the full
display resolution, which makes apps forward-compatible by default,
but requires extra effort to use full display resolution.
