Hi...

     I am trying to make porcupine plots using the script provided here:
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/mailing_list/vmd-l/att-15365/PorcupinePlot.tcl

I am using the pdb files from gromacs g_anaeig.
In the Tk console, I first ran
*play PorcupinePlot.tcl*
*atomselect top "name CA" *for firstframe and lastframe both.
However when I give the command *porcupineplot::Diff atomselect0
atomselect1*
I get an error:
*invalid command name "porcupineplot"*

Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated.
