Dear VMD/NAMD users,
I know the topic I am asking is not relevant to VMD/NAMD mailing list, but
I would be pleased if somebody could help me and share what he/she knows. I
need to have a helical single strand DNA with much larger diameter than the
diameter of normal/standard pdb file we can have from different resources.
Is it possible? Is there any suggestion?
