Hello VMD users,
I have a cpmd trajectory file (xyz). In that, I have two types of protons:
methyl protons and hydroxyl protons. Out of them, I just want to label the
index of only the protons which are attached to Oxygen (hydroxyl protons).
But I do't know the vmd commands for that.
Can anyone help me to do this?
