Hi,
  It's unclear what your problem is from the note below, but if what you're
saying is that you're missing bonds, then that is an issue you would address
by setting them when you originally build the structure. How did you build
your structure? Without far more detailed information about what you're
doing and what you've alreay done, nobody can help you out.
