Are there any general tips for running VMD for clustered visualisation?
I have a 7 machine x 4 monitor linux display wall, that I want to run VMD on.
I've currently run it with Chromium, but over gigabit ethernet, the
performance while animating is not quite as good as I'd like. For a static
frame with display lists enabled the performance is fine.
How do I most easily run this such that I have a VMD instance running per
machine, with a single interface to control all 7?
Many thanks for any pointers,
jh
