Hi all,

Is it possible to change the color of an atom with particular index?

Let me draw a model to make it clear.

I have an atomic structure with 13 carbon atoms. Is it possible to change
the color of carbon atom with index 5?

I would like to change the color of the atom just for highlighting
proposes. If there is a better/easier way doing it, i would like to hear it
.
