   i change the vnc server

   vi /etc/vnc.conf . Add the line $depth="16";

This time, the error meassage is as follow.

Hi,
  You have to have a 24-bit color display mode for VMD to be able
to work correctly. Try changing your VNC settings to allow 24-bit or
32-bit color, and that may cure your problem.
