Is there a difference between the density of water produced by the windows and
linux versions of the solvate plugin? What about between the different recent
versions of vmd?

I ask because I'm encountering a new problem in namd where my water settles in a
sphere and there seems to be a large vacuum around it, even though the periodic
cell I've made should not be anywhere near that large, and I suspect for some
reason the new systems I've made somehow have less dense water, because I have
not changed my procedures at all from the past.
