Hi,
  My guess is that your system update broke libGL.so.
Do you get errors from 'glxinfo' on your machine? If so,
I'd suggest immediately reinstalling your graphics drivers,
as whatever package update you did seems to have damaged the
OpenGL part of the graphics driver install.
