Hi everybody,
I want to highlight a defect in a structure (a sheet of C atoms periodic
in one dimension) by coloring those atoms (the ones in the defect). Also,
the colors of the defect atoms are not all the same. Bonds between, for
example, red atoms are red, but bonds betwen a blue and a red atom are grey
(the default color). I want those bonds to be half red, half blue.
So, how can I change the colors of the bonds between defect atoms of
different colors? It is possible to do it?
Thanks in advance
