Hi All,
I need to change the beta values for each frame of a trajectory. Currently,
I find that setting the beta value for one frame, sets it for all the other
frames too. I guess
that one way to do it is to split the trajectory into separate PDB files and
load each file as a new molecule and then set the beta values separately.
However,
I also need to visualize these changes as a movie. In this case I don't
think I can do that can I? Would sure appreciate some help on this.
Thanks,
Arun
