Hi Kevser!!
On the console you can use:
set mysel [atomselect top "name CA and within 5 of resid 999"]
Where mysel is the name of your selection,
top can be replaced by your molecule ID
and 999 will be the number of your residue of interest
if you are doing that on a graphical window in vmd just put:
name CA and within 5 of resid 999
that should work...
