Hello,

When attempting to use the autopsf tool in vmd I find the following
error after defining a chain and clicking the "add chain" button.

"couldn't open "40sphere_autopsf-temp.pdb": no such file or directory

Twice and then the stack trace is dumped to the error window. Why is
this occuring?
