Hi,
I just installed vmd 1.8.4 (n32 version) on a SGI Octane running IRIX
6.5.28f and intended to generate a membrane with the membrane plugin.
> package require membrane
1.0
> membrane -l POPE -x 30 -y 30
(some messages I cannot read before:)
coredump.
I get a 157663232 byte core file.
My current limits are:
cputime unlimited
filesize unlimited
datasize 2097152 kbytes
stacksize 524288 kbytes
coredumpsize unlimited
memoryuse 2066000 kbytes
vmemoryuse 2097152 kbytes
descriptors 200
threads 1024
So I was wondering if perhaps the stack is too small (500MB) ?
Any advice ?
Lothar
