Hi,

I have an equilibrated system which consists of protein and water box (size
of box is just enough to solvate the protein).
Now i need to perform SMD with this system. Before doing that i will have to
add pre-equilibrated water box to this system in the direction where I am
stretching my protein. How do I attach this water box to my original system?
