Hi,
When I want to load a 3.2G DCD file into VMD, it says "the dcd
contains no timesteps". A smaller DCD (3M) generated with the same
CHARMM input can be loaded without any problem.
There was an earlier post reporting the similar situation in this
mailing list. Is there any solutions so far? Thanks.
VMD version: 1.8.3
Machine: WinXP
