Hi all,
Given a membrane.pdb file, I am wondering if there is in vmd any tools
for increasing its size along x- and y- directions.
Membrane plugin does it very well for POPE and POPC but doesn't take
other inputs. Do I need to "edit" the plugin or there is
a more straightforward way....?
