Hi Jill,
  Have you made sure to update to the most recent Wildcat VP drivers?
It's possible that there's something amiss with the version you've got, or
as others have suggested, that you've got a default stereo setting that's
giving you swapped eyes. If you don't get this resolved by updating or
reconfiguring the video driver, I can give you a different VMD binary that
has a "reversed crystaleyes" mode option that isn't available in the older
versions of VMD, which is specifically intended for solving this problem.
