Hello,
   I'm using the Label and Bond Distance feature in VMD. However,
I loaded two different proteins, aligned them, and tried to
take a bond distance between two amino acids on the two different
proteins. It shows the distance number, but does not show the
graph preview in labels or have any data in the saved text. Is
there a way around this so that I can measure a bond distance
between two different molecules? Thanks.
