Dear VMD user,
 
I have some questions about structure superimposition.
 
1) How to superimpose two portions of several structures? Say, to align these structures along resid 2-30 and resid 180-200.
 
2) If the structures have different number of residues, how could align them along particular region of interest? Say, to superimpose them with residue 2-30 on struct1 aligned with residue 12-40 on struct2, and with residue 22-50 on struct3?
