Hi,

I am a new user and I am trying to run a simulation with QwikMD following
the tutorial about ubiquitin.

When I load the pdb file, a first error is reported:

Unable to open file c:/torplot_temp.pdb of type pdb for writing frames
Could not read file c:/torplot_temp.pdb

Then, clicking on the prepare button, QwikMD stops with the following error:

version conflict for package "msgcat": have 1.4.2, need 1.6
version conflict for package "msgcat": have 1.4.2, need 1.6

    (command bound to event)

I checked in the TkConsole and I found that the installed msgcat version is
the 1.4.2.

Do you have any suggestions to resolve the problem?

Thanks in advance for your kind attention.

Best regards,

Giuseppe
