Hi, vmd users and development:

Your program is wonderful, but now i have any question:

1. How i can related activation energy with the simulation of the
substrate and the protein? Physical equations...

2. I need use pmf for the substrate and them calculation to different T?

3. Can related flexibility with activation energy?

4. Any tips, commentary or paper reference will be welcome.
