Hi,
I currently am working remotely on my workstation because of which I don't
have access to gui of vmd. I would like to do the following through command
line.
1. Open a saved .vmd file
2. Open a .tcl file on the existing file
3. Make a video of it
I use the command 'vmd -e file.vmd' to open up a saved file. how do I load
a .tcl file to this existing file through terminal?
vmd -e file.tcl seems to open up another blank state.
Also what is the command to make a video of this state through terminal?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
