Hi Steve,

What does this actually look like? Movies are series of images, so whatever
you saw on the screen as the trajectory was being rendered is what you are
going to see in the movie, modulo some rendering settings. There are a
number of things that *could* cause you to only see some of the protein are
having a screen height that is too large (the default is 6, I usually use
2.) Screen height is adjustable from the display settings menu
(Display->Display settings on the main menu).
