Dear Team_at_vmd-l,

I was trying to cut the entire configuration by 2.7A, but when I use the "
same residue as within 2.7 of residue 1", few water molecules near the
corner only generated within 2.7A.
I think I have to put the system in the origin of the box. If yes, How can
I do this?

Could you please suggest what can I do to cut the snapshot within a
particular volume from the center of the box?
