Dear VMD users,

I want to calculate inner volume of a spherical capsid (T=3). I found this
VMD link below.

measure volinterior command is also working in the new version of VMD
(1.9.4). I don't understand how to choose the parameters for our
calculation.

Any kind of advice/ suggestions will be deeply appreciated.
