Dear VMD users,

I want to calculate radius of a 3D spherical system, whose center is at the
origin. I am thinking to calculate the inner and outer radii, in the
directions of zenith and azimuth angles and average over all directions
gives average inner and outer radii.

Any kind of advice/ suggestions will be deeply appreciated.
