You can just copy the text from the HTML and paste it into a blank .str file using a text editor. The HTML is formatted correctly for a .str, so as long as your file is named with .str at the end it should be read correctly.

Thanks a lot. I have worked on it and I found what you are talking about. Could you help me on downloading ParamChem generated .str file as there is no option to download the .str file from ParamChem, it is just displaying in HTML format.

I believe this section was added in VMD 1.9.3, so it will be unavailable to you until you download the this version or later. I have been using the 1.9.4 alpha version with success, so that is also an option.

I am using VMD-1.9.2 version and ffTK plugin there. Can anyone help me by answering where is "Prepare Parameterization from CGenFF Program Output" section of the BuildPar tab in ffTK? I am not able to find it.
