Dear VMD user,

I have tried to use diffusion coefficient tools to calculate MSD based
diffusion coefficient. I have used VMD preferences tool to use it, at the
beginning I have seen the diffusion coefficient tool on >extension >
analysis window but later It was not there. Now how can I resolve my issue
while I am using version 1.9.4a9?
