Subject: RE: VMD Install Question

Hi Kelly,

What happens if you type "which vmd"? Likely you have an older version installed in addition to the alpha version, and the script that launches vmd is pointing to the old one.

I downloaded vmd-1.9.4a12.bin.LINUXAMD64-CUDA9-OptiX411-OSPRay140.opengl.tar, unpacked it, and installed it. When I open VMD, it shows

VMD 1.9.1 and the QwikMD plugin is not in extensions.
