Hi VMD users,

I have a structure, of which I want to make a (geometrical) selection (last
frame) and then write it as a lammps data file for further simulations.

I was thinking of writing it as a pdb file (animate pdb) and then loading
it, followed by writing the data file (topo writelammpsdata). But I don't
know if this is a good method.

Can you please help me how I can do this.
