Hello,

I just realized that in the new set of CHARMM36 topology/parameter files
(released this February), the top_all36_prot.rtf file has the "AUTO ANGLES
DIHE" line modified to "AUTO ANGLES DIHE PATCH".

When I try to read this new file using psfgen in VMD, it gives the
following error

psfgen) ERROR! Failed to parse autogenerate statement.

How does this affect my system and how do I fix this? I am using VMD 1.9.2
