Dear all, I have done several NAMD simulations and get several trajectories and their corresponding log files. These trajectoried can be merged into one trajectory in VMD, but how to merge their log files into one log file so that the VMD NAMD plot plugin can read and analyze it? I have tried the cat command: cat prod1.log prod2.log prod3.log prod4.log prod5.log > prod.log but the NAMD plot plugin can not read this prod.log properly. After loading the prod.log file, the NAMD plot can still only plot the prod1.log. How do you deal with this problem? With many thanks.
