perhaps you needed the -pdb switch?
+++ Yeah, I could do it too but with a different technique (earlier I
renamed it as 1sva.pdb so that cannot be the reason, and moreoever it was
opening). It has 60 MODEL and ENDMDL cards removing which I could see all
60. Could not generate cartoon representation though. :(

PS:
The molecule looks pretty cool, almost like a lunar lander....
