Hi,

We are trying to call VMD from a linux cluster, in the same way that in Windows a system command can be used. As suggested in the user manual, we can call vmd successfully by simply typing "vmd", but the actual program's graphical interface does not open. Is there a particular command that we need to add or an updated plug-in that we need to install in order for this to work?
