When one uses VMD to generate a POPC or POPE membrane, where do the membrane.pdb and membrane.psf files get saved?
It seems that if one uses the file membrane.psf that shows up as the active molecule and if a pdb file is created from this, that a new psf cannot be generated from this second pdb file. Thus, it would be nice to be able to access the pdb and psf files generated by using the Membrane Builder.
