Hi,

I am using vmd to visualize trajectories of computer simulations.
In my model molecule one of the interacting sites is a point-dipole,
no a pair of charges, but a single point dipole.
I can create a movie with no problem using a psf and a dcd file.
No problems so far.

Now I want to represent the particle carrying the dipole moment with an
arrow, or anything that would show the direction of the dipole.
My question is how can I get that effect.

I will appreciate very much any help with this.

Many thanks,
