Hi dear users,

I am working in molecular dynamics in silicon, doing cascades. I can
visualize the results of my simulation with VMD and see the trayectories
easily. At the end i want to make a filter that only shows the atoms that
finish their movement some distance away of their initial position and also
show the vacancies, if there are any.
I am a new user of VMD i have been trying some filters, read old mails and
documentation but here i am. If you have any help or idea of where to look
i will be very greatful.
