Subject: adding calcium atom to the nmr structure

Dear VMD users,

                 I want to add calcium atoms in the binding sides of a
protein ( say, PDB code 2BCB) whose structure is determined by NMR
technique. The crystallographic structure of this protein (say, 3ICB) is
also available, obviously with calcium atoms, but I am interested in its
NMR structure.
