Dear Felix,

After the automatic actualizations carried out yesterday and this
morning, It also happens to me when I try to open VMD 1.9.1 (or other
programs like Chimera 1.7) on a Xubuntu 12.04.02 (64 bits) machine. In
the /var/log/dpkg.log I could find that the programs upgraded during the
automatic actualization were:

Any hints about the procedure to solve the problem will be welcome.

Best regards.
