Hello,
There are a couple of options for you, the first and most direct is to use
the following website to generate the coiled-coil backbone, and then thread
your sequence onto it:
http://arteni.cs.dartmouth.edu/cccp/index.gen.html
The other option is to use some tools that I've developed, which are not
currently available publicly, but I can provide to you directly. Please
check out the first option, and let me know if that is what you are looking
for. Otherwise, send me a message and we can work something out.
