Hi

I am using VMD 1.9.1 on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS. VMD was working fine till a
while ago.

Now, when I load up a molecule, I do not see anything displayed as Lines.
The display is fine if I use any other representation. I have made no
changes to my .vmdrc file. It seems that this is a result of some ubuntu
software upgrade.

I am also using Nvidia twinview.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?
