Dear vmd users,
I want to render a superimposed image of a peptide with printable quality
(the image is on white background-I have overlaid all peptide trajectories
from a simulation in one snapshot- peptides are all displayed using Line
with thickness=2 drawing method - and all materials are opaque with default
settings). For some reason tachyon tool does not show the black/blue colors
while snapshot tool does (but the image quality with snapshot is not so
high!). I tried to change the material specifications but I could not find
a setting that make black and blue (color ID 0) appeared on the rendered
image (using tachyon).

Can anyone please give a suggestion?
