Hi Alexandre,
  I suspect this is some incompatibility between the kernel you've got
on 9.1 and the video driver you're using, since it worked before.
Have you succesfully run any other OpenGL programs? If not, that's
the first place to look around.

This should serve as a cautionary tale to others:
  Don't upgrade a machine that works perfectly well without being
willing to debug whatever problems crop up. There are sometimes
problems when you get a new kernel version versus an old video driver,
etc.

I've seen this happen to several friends of mine who use
Mandrake, so I suspect this is what has happened to you.
